Eric Lawrenceis a graduate student at Iowa State University, pursuing his ardent for Landscape Architecture + Urban Designwith an emphasis on sustainable, ecological, environmental master planning pertaining to third world/developing countries.

Highlights of my past experience include working with a team of six colleges on grassroots efforts in energy efficiency, water conservation, and environmental awareness projects, including the implementation of several on-campus community rain gardens/ SWM+BMP+LID.

Additionally, I am pursuing technical skills critical to my field, such as a LEED Green Associate Certification, and Green Roof Professional along with familiarity of living wall/ living systems, which I used in my senior project to study sociological changes and environmental mitigation surrounding the Bucks County, Doylestown area.

Moreover, I was able to broaden my skills and knowledge when I spent several years studying Horticulture Fruit and Vegetable Production and volunteering for Hope of the Harvest a local non-profit food bank initiative. My immersion experience, as well as my academic and professional background, gives me the complexity to interact with individuals on many levels and set forth my goals in sustainable ecological environmental planning.
