Your hosts Patrice and Louis welcome you to their lovely home located in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake’s Old Town district. We are only two blocks from Queen (main) Street, within easy walking distance to the Shaw Festival Theatres, restaurants and shops.

• You have a private guest entrance. All of our guest rooms are located on the main floor and include luxury pillow top beds providing an excellent night's sleep. Each of our guest rooms has an ensuite bathroom.
  
• Our home is smoke free. We offer central air conditioning for those hot summer days. Stroll in our gardens or enjoy the view from the screened porch; or sit back in the guest lounge (with satellite TV) which is also located on the main floor. We offer a daily morning newspaper, complimentary bottled water and a fridge for your convenience.
  
• Full breakfast provided. Weather permitting; enjoy a gourmet breakfast from our screened porch, overlooking our extensive perennial gardens (a birdwatcher’s delight) and watch horse drawn carriages pass by. We strive to provide a healthy menu and will gladly accommodate dietary requests. Our breakfast changes daily and is accompanied by fresh fruit, fresh bread/croissants/muffins, selected (drug-free) Mennonite meats, free-range farm fresh eggs, and a full hot entree.
