I am a father of 3 beautiful children: Jane and mirror image twin boys Daxton & Pierce. I am married to Julia Mae, we are going on 9 wonderful years.

My Leadership style focus's on consistence in developing teams with dynamic agility & the ability to succeed. With proven results & experience in team work, customer service, setting the pace, developing others with a knack for "servant leadership".
