Leigh has held senior global Wall Street roles impacting up to 15,000 people as head of Executive Development, head of Leadership and Organizational Development, and in Sales Development. Additionally, Leigh has managed budgets of over $250 million as a member of the Operating Committee and head of Human Resources for Institutional Sales.
For 11 years Leigh served as a faculty member of the Global Institute for Leadership Development.
Leigh has achieved professional level certification and/or advanced training in education, yoga, Integrated Positional Therapy, psychotherapy, yoga therapy, and coaching. Leigh's also served as an adjunct professor at Florida State University in the Department of Computer Science and as a Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga instructor.
And, Leigh is a contributing author to two books: The Art and Practice of Leadership Coaching and Best Practices in Succession Planning.
In 2001, Leigh created a boutique consultancy focused on integrating communication, leadership, alignment, and engagement to develop individuals and teams.
