Leo Daboub has more than 3 decades of experience in finance and entrepreneurship, and over 2 decades in the payment industry. He started his career in the payment industry at Payment Resources International (PRI), where he worked as a sales representative and was named "sales representative of the year" for signing some of the company's largest clients. He was later promoted to manager of business development at PRI, where he oversaw the sales department, major accounts, and bank relationships.

In 2004, Leo founded the Government Services Division (GSD) at TransFirst Merchant Services, where he signed and managed the company's first 14 municipalities and over 100 additional accounts. In 2005, he was promoted to senior vice president of business development at TransFirst, where he also managed the company's internal sales. He received the MVP award that same year.

In 2012, Leo joined Atlantic-Pacific Processing Systems (APPS) as vice president of government and corporate affairs, managing the company's sales division, financial institutions, and government relationships. In 2014, he was promoted to senior vice president of business development, where he managed APPS's ISO/MSPs, ISAs, and VARs.

In 2019, the business development division at APPS grew significantly under Leo's leadership, as he cultivated and managed APPS's strategic marquee partnerships and accounts, which generate billions in yearly processing volume. In 2022, Leo was promoted to chief revenue officer (CRO) at APPS, where he is responsible for overseeing all processes, forecasts, and initiatives that generate revenue for the company.

Leo is actively involved in several municipal organizations, including the California Municipal Treasurers Association (CMTA), the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers (CSMFO), and the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA).
