For more than 15 years Leonard Bevill has served as president, chief executive officer, and owner of Macon Occupational Medicine, LLC in Macon, Georgia. The company is one of the most inclusive occupational medicine programs in the state. Under his guidance, the company received the Small Business of the Year award from the Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce in 2005 and 2016. Leonard Bevill founded the company in 2001, and since then it has offered treatment for work-related injuries, impairment evaluations, OSHA compliance programs, and company safety audits.

For his work, Leonard Bevill earned recognition from the National Association of Occupational Health Professionals when it awarded him with a Certificate of Competency in Occupational Health Practice Management. Prior to opening the company, he spent nearly eight years as director of work horizons for the Medical Center of Central Georgia, also in Macon, where he oversaw the daily operations of the occupational medical facility.

Leonard Bevill earned his bachelor’s degree in recreational therapy from Georgia Southern University. He earned his master’s degree in exercise science with a concentration in ergonomics and biomechanics from the same university.
