A resident of Nevada, Dr. Leonard Cash has worked for more than two decades building a career as a government administrator. In preparation for his work, he earned a master of social work with a clinical and administrative emphasis from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a doctor of philosophy in organization and management from Capella University. After serving as chief executive officer and president of the American Rehabilitation Corporation, Dr. Leonard Cash spent several years as a business development consultant. In this capacity, he oversaw and organized the Cherokee Springs Golf Resort Project and developed the parent coaching program and book Hopeful Kids.

For several years, Dr. Cash operated as director of administration for the Clark County District Attorney’s Office in Las Vegas, overseeing a budget of nearly $70 million and organizing the efforts of 600 employees. Moreover, he acted as a consultant to the district attorney and managed all human resources-related operations.

Since 2009, Dr. Leonard Cash has leveraged his experience to serve as a family court administrator for the Clark County Family Court, where he maintains oversight of numerous divisions, including the Self-Help Center and Child Support. In addition, Dr. Cash assists the presiding and chief judges in a variety of administrative and political issues.
