Leonor McCall-Rodriguez

Leonor assesses and designs business development, marketing/communications, and diversity strategies for organizations. Her recent work has focused on
development at Latino Speakers Bureau, a platform of professional international
motivational experts, including former government officials, best-selling
authors, celebrities, performers, and industry experts. The organization serves
the speaking and training needs of corporations, government agencies,
universities, and nonprofits worldwide. Leonor also founded One Voice Insurance
Services, an online agency serving California in 6 languages.

As the former VP of Emerging Markets for Anthem Blue Cross, she successfully led
health education initiatives and business growth strategies centered on
penetrating multicultural and underserved markets.

As a marketing executive for leading corporations including PepsiCo, Braun (Procter & Gamble), Allied Domecq (Pernod Ricard), and TV Promo International,
Leonor gained extensive marketing and communications experience in national and
international markets, strengths she translated to her work with health plans
and health care. Her consumer-centered leadership has generated creative
campaigns as well as numerous new and redesigned products and services as well
as innovation to client services and provider engagement.

A reader since age three she is a passionate advocate for literacy and lifelong education. Leonor is a Board certified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds a Master of Health Administration, MBA, and Bachelor of Science in Economics. She is an accomplished speaker, blogger, and recipient of the AT&T Innovator of the Year Award, the 2009 Brillante Award from the
National Society of Hispanic MBA's, and the Corporate Leader Award by NLBWA.
She was inducted to Hispanic Business magazine's Elite Latinas and Latino
Corporate Elite.

Her book, "Reinventing Yourself in The Face of Change," which captures
her personal and professional journey across geographies and how she embraced
the power of bilingualism, diversity, and reinvention toward success.
