In 2005, I started my own company, Consults Unlimited Inc., a Professional Life Coaching company. I help Nurses "LIve Smarter NOT Harder! I work especially with nurse managers, administrators and executives. I help them by transforming their leadership style by focusing first on themselves. "You Can't Give What You Don't Have!"

I have always had a genuine, compassionate concern for people. I have an innate ability to put people at ease. I care enough to listen and hear when people speak. My Coaching Philosophy: Everyone has the God given right to “prosper and be in health even as the soul prospers” At times we need to ‘get out of our own way.’ Coaching is a valuable tool that allows people to see their choices clearly. It also provides insight as to why they make those choices both good and not so good. Many people have expressed greater satisfaction in their relationships, careers and finances after coaching with me.
