Mom to Brittney & Jeremy, grandmother to Ana Rose, the journey has been one of growth, passion, love and heartache. I was born in and grew up in New York State. My teens found me in southwest Florida when my parents decided to change their lives. Met my husband, Richard, and married young but forever. Our two wonderful children gave our lives direction and meaning and hearts bursting with love and pride. When I lost the other half of my soul in 2006, these very children, with broken hearts of their own, saw me through.

It's now that I look to a future bright with the love of a blonde haired, blue eyed baby girl. Loneliness has been replaced with that little voice shouting "Grandma!" As my life takes on new meaning, so does my art. I continue to paint...both with new eyes and a passion for color as never before.
