Lindsay Hart

With almost 20 years of experience I'm known for leading the Hart & Homes team, for my creative marketing strategies, refined negotiation skills, concierge-level support, and high-quality listing services.

In 1999 I chose to make Ithaca, NY my home when I moved from southern, rural Pennsylvania to attend and graduate from Ithaca College's Park School of Communications.

My career started at RE/MAX in Motion in 2005, in 2017, the Hart and Homes Team was born and in 2020 I partnered with Melissa Miller-Fedrizzi to become Co-broker Owner of RE/MAX In Motion.

I am currently the Ithaca Board of REALTORS Professional Standards Committee Chairperson. In 2019 I served as the NYSAR Southern Tier Regional Vice President. I sat on the Ithaca board of REALTORS board of directors as local director (2011-13) Secretary/Treasurer (2014) President-Elect (2015), President (2016), Past-President (2017-18).

I volunteer my time with T-burg Takes on Pediatric Cancer as the Treasurer.

I live in Trumansburg with my husband, Rordan, and our sons. When not actively working, I enjoying spending time with friends & family, watching movies, cheering on my Steelers (and Go Bills) and supporting the awesome local craft breweries & wineries and Finger Lakes restaurants.
