Lindsay Hart
Realtor in Ithaca, New York
I didn’t come into real estate looking for a quick win. I built my career over time, by showing up consistently and treating the work seriously. I’ve spent nearly two decades immersed in the Finger Lakes real estate market. Over that time, I’ve helped hundreds of buyers and sellers navigate everything from first homes to complex, high-value transactions, always with the same goal: get the details right and get the deal to the closing table.
How I work matters just as much to me as the results. I price homes accurately, not optimistically. I negotiate firmly, without theatrics. I explain risk clearly so clients can make informed decisions instead of emotional ones.
I’ve consistently ranked among the top producers in my market, with hundreds of closed transactions, tens of millions of dollars in career sales volume, and multiple industry honors, including Finger Lakes Favorite, Ithaca REALTOR of the Year, RE/MAX Titan Club and Diamond Club Award, RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement recognition. Those numbers matter, BECAUSE WHAT THEY REALLY REPRESENT is longevity—performing through different markets and shifting conditions, without losing focus or changing my standards.
After nearly two decades in this business, I’ve learned that good representation isn’t about hype or pressure—it’s about judgment, preparation, and follow-through. My job is to make sure my clients are informed, protected, and positioned to move forward with confidence—every single time.
I am currently the Ithaca Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards chair. I'm also a certified NYS Real Estate Instructor and a graduate of NYSAR’s Leadership Academy and a GRI.
In 2019 I served as the NYSAR Southern Tier Regional Vice President and have sat on the Ithaca Association of REALTORS board of directors as local director, Secretary/Treasurer, President-Elect, President, & Past-President.
I started and host a local real estate podcast: “Under Contract Taking Backup” with my team member and co-host Chelsey Smith. In addition, I was invited to and now host a new radio program -Knock Knock Property Talk - on WHCU, 607News Now with my long time business partner and mentor, Melissa Miller-Fedrizzi.
I enjoy giving back to the community that has supported me; I volunteer my time with T-burg Takes on Pediatric Cancer non-profit as the Treasurer, and support numerous other local charities including the school’s PTO and sports boosters.
I’ve called the Finger Lakes home since 1999. Some of my favorite things about this area are the incredible small businesses, craft breweries, wineries, small batch coffee shops and farm to table restaurants.
I live in beautiful Trumansburg with my husband Rordan, our two teenage sons, and our orange cat Solomon. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me cheering on my Steelers.
