I am a very enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with years of experience in the (CRM) Customer Relationship Management, Business Development, Market Research and more. Over a period of time, I have supervised and managed the activities of relationship leaders to ensure a consistent level of expertise is in place. I have also analyzed external customer interactions, data throughout the customer journey, and provided guidance in the development of business relationships. These include managing a diverse team of over 135+ members and providing strategic advice to several internal departments where I was able to help clients make informed political, social and economic decisions.
