On the personal side, I am an avid soccer player and nature nerd. I am also a strong believer in organic, minimally processed, locally-sourced and humanely raised foods, low in sugar which is the best remedy for my daughter's severe eczema and is also good for the planet. I grew up working in my family's restaurants.
