Lisette Wyno-Brough

Lisette Wyno-Brough is an El Paso, Texas resident who began her career as a paralegal with the Law Office of Jenaro Welsh, where she conducted legal research, maintained files, drafted civil and criminal appellate briefs, and assisted with trial preparation, among other responsibilities. Lisette Wyno-Brough held this position until 2006, when she began working as a family readiness support assistant. Around the same time, she and her father launched the defense contracting company WFSS.

Since establishing the company, Lisette Wyno-Brough has secured numerous prominent contracts extending over several years and helped facilitate the firm's growth from the ground-up to 25 employees nationwide. As chief operating officer of WFSS, she is second in command and responsible for designing and implementing its business operations as well as establishing policies to promote its culture and vision. Owing to the the success of the company, Mrs. Wyno-Brough has been able to give back to the El Paso community via soldiers and local charities. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration in 2014 and is now pursuing a master's degree in government contracting from George Washington University.
