LivHOME ensures high levels of care and oversight by utilizing a system that pairs each client with a caregiver and a care manager. While LivHOME caregivers actually visit clients in their homes to provide assistance, care managers take a larger view of the situation and meet with families to lay out a LivCARE Plan of Care customized for their aging loved one. When LivHOME caregivers visit clients, they perform responsibilities that include bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, toileting, ambulation, light housekeeping, errand transportation, and medication oversight. Additionally, LivHOME caregivers are specially paired with each client to encourage companionship and socialization and are also trained to work with clients suffering from Alzheimer's and dementia.
