Who We Are

LiveAdmins was founded in 2002, in Chicago, Illinois, U.S., in response to the increasing trend of online shopping and the internet-based research of products. With the development of the internet, particularly for commercial uses, there was a growing need for a way for companies to connect with website visitors just as they would in a classical brick-and-mortar place of business. Back then, chat was technology that was in its infancy, being used primarily for casual communication. LiveAdmins resolved to utilize this technology to chat live with clients’ website visitors in order to make their websites more profitable. Thus LiveAdmins’ WebGreeter® was born and we have since been providing Live Chat online sales & customer service solutions.
