I am a passionate and enthusiastic marketing and communications professional who thrives in deadline-driven, fast-paced, and customer-focused environments.
In my most recent role as Marketing Coordinator, I manage marketing efforts for a startup based in Jupiter, Fl. I specialize in marketing collateral design, such as advertising campaigns, corporate branding, trade show materials, brochures, business cards, and PowerPoint presentations. I created the company's first social media presence, and added volumes of material to its video library. The increased web and print presence helped propel the company into the international marketplace.
In my spare time, I waste no time; working along side Sheriff’s Deputies as a freelance producer and writer. Whether it be a training video, an educational video for inmates, or a public relations piece highlighting the many ways the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office gives back to the community; I help translate the core values of the Sheriff's Department into videos that air on its in-house communications channel.
My Marketing skills speak for themselves, but what set me apart from other Marketing professionals, are my roots in the news business. At 21 years of age, I became the youngest member of the on-air news team at Florida's top-rated television station, covering Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast. Being the youngest Multimedia Journalist in the newsroom, I hit the ground running covering everything from local politics, to shootings, and occasionally venturing to the lighter side of news, with the tale of the "Muck Monster" of the Lake Worth Lagoon. Though produced locally, my stories reached national audiences, airing live on CNN and the Today Show.
