My research focus on the development of systems biology tools for analysis of metabolic and cellular systems, with the aim of dissecting, mathematically, the underlying interactions responsible for the observable physiological states of a system. Often includes analysis of continuous (ODEs) and discrete models and use of different optimization (parameterization) techniques.
