Lois Schraf

I work at LifePoint Church as the Small Groups Ministry Assistant. I have 3 children - 19, 24, 26. I've been married for 27 years. I have a passion for reading and gardening and listening to music on my Ipod while taking walks. I lead a ministry at my church called First Place 4 Health. It is my goal to help those struggling with weight to lose that weight and become healthy spiritually, emotionally, physically and mentally. It hurts my heart to know that some people are not all God intends for them to be because they hide behind their weight.
