I am a one-woman search engine loaded with interpersonal skills but my true gift is getting in deep with people, and using my lightening fast intuition to strip away all the jargon and noise to uncover what people and companies are really, truly searching for. For 20 years, My passion has been uncovering what drives people and organizations, identifying what they’re missing, and then making them whole. At LURE we working work with Executives and assisting them in building out their teams and organizations. LURE services include; strategic execution and offers a full range of leadership advisory services, including executive search, succession planning, team effectiveness, organizational performance, mergers and acquisitions and career transition. Being a professional connector helped me transition beautifully into running my first Consious Capitalist Organization. GUTS is in the business of helping women triumph through divorce and rebuild amazing lives. GUTS offers insightful, take-charge support from a range of professionals all focused on getting women, their kids and their well-being back on track and moving in a happy, positive direction. When I am not working alongside my clients, I am hanging out with my amazing family in our west Toronto neighbourhood , drinking fabulous red wine, laughing until it hurts, running with my dog Stella until I am soaking wet or sailing into the middle of absolutley nowhere.
