Lori Wengerd
Columbus, Ohio
Lifelong Ohio resident, Lori Wengerd spent 25 years in the communication field before switching careers to realize her long-time goal of working with older adults. In just four years, HCA Columbus has become one of the top-producing companies across the Home Care Assistance network.
In addition to establishing strong processes within the business and upholding high standards on the service side, Wengerd—who holds a degree in social and behavioral sciences and a certificate in gerontology from The Ohio State University—has focused on providing superior care that emphasizes quality over quantity. Her dedication to providing the best care in the business has allowed her to develop a loyal base of clients who help the business grow through their heart-felt referrals to friends and family.
Lori is very involved in her community, serving on the boards of the National Parkinson Foundation Central and Southeast Ohio, the Upper Arlington Commission on Aging, and AWARE, the women’s organization for the Alzheimer’s Association of Central Ohio. She is committed to the company’s mission to "change the way the world ages," while also giving back to those in need.
