Louis Paolino

In 2008, Louis Paolino established Premier Custom Estates, which builds multi-million dollar custom homes. In addition to owning the company, he also functions as CEO and President, overseeing the company’s operations, which include purchasing and selling multi-million dollar properties across the eastern United States.

Prior to his current position, Louis Paolino amassed a decades-long career in business management, which included two years as Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Girard Point Transfer and three years as Owner and President of Soil Remediation, both in Philadelphia. He also functioned as regional vice president of USA Waste Services.

In 1996, Louis Paolino joined the team at Eastern Environmental Services in Mt. Laurel New Jersey, where he acted as CEO for the public company, which saw an increase in annual revenues from $7 million to more than $450 million within three years. Paolino also increased annual revenues at a rate of 26 times within nine years while he functioned as CEO and President of Mace Security International.
