315 Restaurant & Wine Bar ... is one of the city's hotspots under chef Louis Moskow, who trained with such luminaries as Alfred Portale and Emeril Lagasse. The restaurant has all the hallmarks of a French bistro, including white-linen-topped tables, lace curtains, a chalkboard menu and an extensive French wine list. The food has clever twists, including dishes like squash blossom beignets teamed with goat cheese fondue and tomato coulis, and grilled veal flank with pea flan, pea tendrils and wild mushroom fricassee.
