Luci Englert McKean is, like all of us, a complex human. A maker of things and connections, a fearless public speaker (with inherited essential tremor!), an explorer of spirit + meaning + identity + collaboration. As licensee and curator for TEDxBloomington, she has coached more than 60 speakers for the stage (and they love her for it). Now she's shifting into an "emeritus" role with the organization, supporting from a board position.

By day, she is the Assistant Director and an International Facilitator for the National School Reform Faculty, helping connect educators worldwide with tools such as we use in Coltrain Group, for which she also acts as a consultant. She moonlights as a speaking/presentation coach, a marketing consultant and copywriter. In her "spare" volunteer time, she's a setup crew chief for the Lotus World Music and Arts Festival. And oh yes, she just completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training.

A professional communicator, Luci has held about every job title one can have in journalism and advertising: creative director in direct marketing, copywriter and media buyer in an ad agency, book ghostwriter and editor, author of articles and protocols, minimalist graphic designer, website architect, freelance magazine writer, daily newspaper reporter, radio announcer and newscaster, public relations and marketing director, podcaster and blogger.
