A member of the Congress of Racial Equality’s Board of Directors, Dr. Ludlow Creary also operates as the executive secretary of the Minority Health Foundation. As the medical director of Visiting Angels, a premier Los Angeles non-medical home care services provider, Dr. Ludlow Creary commits himself to serving others and improving health care accessibility.

Dr. Creary previously functioned as a professor of clinical family medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles, and professor in the Department of Family Medicine at LAC-King/Drew Medical Center for four and 17 years, respectively. He has also served on multiple boards, including those of the Tom Bradley Legacy Foundation, the California Academy of Family Physicians Foundation, the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine, and Western Park Hospital.

In 2017, Dr. Ludlow Creary received a Lifetime Achievement Award in Medicine, and he has garnered numerous additional recognitions throughout his career, including a 50-Plus Years of Service in Healthcare, Community, Leadership, and Education Award.

Dr. Creary received his MD from the Howard University College of Medicine after studying for his BS in chemistry and Long Island University.
