Luke Soule

Luke Soule is an experienced operations and engineering leader. He currently serves as President of Harley & Son, a manufacturer of machined parts and subassemblies in Orange County for the aerospace, medical device, electronics, and heavy equipment industries. In this role, he is focused on Lean improvement to increase customer value.

He started his career as engineer and project manager focused on custom industrial equipment for manufacturers across multiple industries including aerospace. PLC programming, HMI design, valve and instrumentation specification – these are some of the activities Mr. Soule took on to support these complex projects. During this time, Luke also spent significant time at production facilities throughout North America, Europe and Asia to support fabrication and installation of equipment.

Following his time in industrial equipment industry, Mr. Soule lead engineering and operations for a startup solar energy firm. He built his team from a few individuals to sixteen persons as the company experienced more than 10X growth and was eventually acquired by a multi-billion-dollar global conglomerate. Luke Soule led initiatives such as ERP implementation, and adoption of updated contract templates that supported the continued growth of the company. As part of his role, Mr. Soule supported the sales and development team. He served as the Responsible Managing Officer for the company’s General Engineering Contractor and Solar Energy Contractor licenses.

Luke Soule has an MBA from the Wharton School, the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors with majors in Entrepreneurial Management, Operations and Marketing. Luke graduated summa cum laude from the University of Michigan with a BS in Chemical Engineering. He is also a Certified Manufacturing Engineer, and a PMI certified Project Management Professional. He has completed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training. Mr. Soule is a HubSpot certified Inbound Marketer.
