Miracle McClain

Miracle McClain serves as the Corporate Liaison for USC Annenberg School of Communication & Journalism and leads industry relations for the AnnenbergWorks campaign. She oversees Annenberg’s relationship management strategy and builds media, entertainment and technology employer partnerships. Prior to USC Annenberg, Miracle was Academic Program Manager at PromaxBDA, where she worked across the television industry to develop educational programs nation wide. She primarily worked with emerging talent in their efforts to successfully transition into the television entertainment marketing workforce and thrive in the early stages of their career. While at PromaxBDA, Miracle led the successful implementation of PromaxBDA’s first diversity initiative, the Promo Pathway Program, the country’s first accredited on-air promotion training program that prepared creative youth, ages 18-26, from underrepresented communities to make the successful transition into the entertainment workforce. The Promo Pathways Program served 25 youth each year and drew national recognition from the Aspen Institute Skills for America’s Future as an innovation in workforce development. Miracle's commitment to diversity and student development in the media industry stems from origins of her career as a Fellow in Public Affairs for Coro Center for Civic Leadership. As a Coro Fellow, Miracle had the opportunity to work with organizations as diverse as The Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, and the Department of Justice. Miracle earned a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of San Francisco. The best part of her career (and life) has been helping people get to the most exciting moments in theirs.
