Crusch Terms of Service

By using Crusch ("the Bot"), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Ownership

Crusch is owned and developed by Joseph.

The Bot, its code, branding, systems, algorithms, and related assets remain the intellectual property of the owner unless explicitly stated otherwise.

No individual, server, organization, or third party may copy, redistribute, sell, rehost, modify, claim ownership of, or commercially exploit Crusch without written permission from the owner.

2. Permission to Use

Users and Discord servers may only use Crusch for its intended purpose of facilitating social connections, matchmaking, friendship matching, gaming partner matching, and related community features.

The owner reserves the right to revoke access to any user or server at any time.

3. Prohibited Uses

Users may not use Crusch for:

  • Harassment, stalking, or unwanted contact.
  • Collecting personal information without consent.
  • Catfishing, impersonation, or deceptive behavior.
  • Exploiting minors or violating Discord's Terms of Service.
  • Discrimination, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
  • Spam, scams, fraud, or phishing attempts.
  • Attempting to bypass moderation systems.
  • Reverse engineering, copying, or stealing the Bot's code or systems.
  • Any illegal activity under applicable laws.

4. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for any information they provide through Crusch.

Users should avoid sharing sensitive personal information, including passwords, financial information, home addresses, or other private data.

5. Data Storage

Crusch may store information necessary for matchmaking functionality, including user preferences, interests, and profile information.

The owner may delete, modify, or remove stored data at any time for maintenance, moderation, or security purposes.

6. No Guarantee of Matches

Crusch provides compatibility suggestions and matchmaking assistance.

The Bot does not guarantee friendships, relationships, compatibility, successful interactions, or user satisfaction.

7. Service Availability

The owner may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue Crusch at any time without prior notice.

The Bot is provided on an "as is" basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

The owner shall not be liable for:

  • User-generated content.
  • User interactions.
  • Relationship outcomes.
  • Emotional, social, or financial consequences arising from use of the Bot.
  • Downtime, bugs, or technical failures.

9. Violations

Violation of these Terms may result in:

  • Temporary restrictions.
  • Permanent blacklisting.
  • Removal of access to Crusch.
  • Reports to Discord moderation where appropriate.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time.

Continued use of Crusch after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By using Crusch, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
