I am a 31 year veteran of the call center / BPO industry. I have held key leadership positions within Dun & Bradstreet, The Berry Company (a subsidiary of Bell South), Etech and Etech Global Services.

Upon graduation from Dickinson College, I started as a telephone rep for D&B in 1984 and now serve as President of Etech Global Services. In the past 30 years, I have spent time in every facet of call center operations and outsourcing processes.

I am married to my college sweatheart, April. We have five children who we love and are very proud of each one.

Faith, family, Etech and giving back .... these are the most important things to me.
