Since 1968, Dr. Akosua Ali-Sabree, affectionately called MaMa Akosua, has taught and promoted wholistic approaches to health, wellness, nation building, and family unity.

My decades of experience, studying, and caring provides an evolving wealth of knowledge and spiritual foundation that can help those who are ready to relax more, breathe deepr, raise consciousness, eat better, lose weight, increase confident, be well, improve imagination and sharpen awareness, accomplish heartfelt goals, and/ or learn more about the connection of energy to health, wealth and freedom.
