I’m a serial entrepreneur with a rainbow of interests that have led me down adventurous paths. I live by the motto - "If you're not dangerous - your dead! "

A former actress, event producer, business-women, camp chef, sales ninja and now social entrepreneur, screenwriter, chef & nutrition coach. I love creating authentic communities that empower others and break through limiting beliefs. Having re-invented myself several times, there’s always a constant in my universe including some aspect of community building, storytelling, culinary pursuits or wellness and nutrition.

Becoming a "Social Entrepreneur" I am supercharged by my partnership with Evolv- an Integrative health company with a mission to eradicate childhood malnutrition through a “Buy 1 give 1 model” ( similar to Tom’s Shoes). In the past 3 years, 16 Million servings of whole food nutrition have been donated to malnourished and medically fragile children in Mexico, parts of the U.S and soon in Canada. I’m humbled by this venture and see it’s a big enough cause to feed my overarching principle of helping others!

With my renewed purpose, I have miraculously blended all my skills, interests and values that matter. Recognizing this comes from influences, including attracting awesome mentors, reading books like “The Magic of Thinking Big," surrounding myself with unstoppable visionaries-- and creating my own vision boards allowing me to manifest things I never dreamed possible!

Having discovered the power of Social Business, myself and a colleague have just launched a “cause driven” educational, resource sharing, bi-monthly Wellness Meet Up called “Purposeful Wellness.” I am excited at the possibly of not only feeding kids, but through this community impacting someone in a fragile health situation here in our own city.

You can see by my photo here, that I love what I do! It was a huge honour to be invited as a guest to that particular Mexican Hacienda where I spent time amongst people like former president Vicente Fox and first lady Marta Fox last August while on a mission to visit the orphanages and clinics we support.
