Malcolm Holder

I was born in Barbados in March, 1955 and immigrated to the US in 1983 where I lived for 27 years. I founded Body & Life, a network marketing company that distributes personal care products. I have a Master's degree in Management from Cambridge College in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and have completed all 15 of the required academic courses for the Doctorate of Business Administration degree with California Intercontinental University. My emphasis is in Information Systems, and Enterprise Resource Management. I have a planned completion date of November 2012. I spent fourteen years working for KPMG, LLP in a technology-related problem-solving capacity. During part of that time, I also served as an adjunct faculty member with Northeastern University in Boston where I taught classes in Microsoft Office products, and developed and taught workshops on Introduction to the Internet and HTML to graduating students. Many of my students were adult learners. I have strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage and motivate teams. I am very comfortable working with people of different ages, races and backgrounds, either in teams or independently, and I am highly motivated to assist people in learning. I have extensive experience with the needs of diverse people and can communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
