Since I have primarily been involved with Human Resource Management during my career, the following duties have been performed by me.
- Managing the staffing process, from recruiting to onboarding
- Ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
- Supporting and improving employee performance and development
- Resolving conflicts and providing counseling and coaching
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs

- Screening incoming resumes and application forms
- Preparing and distributing assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
- Advertising job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews.
- Sending job offer emails and answering queries about compensation and benefits
- Collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
- Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
- Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration.
