Since I have primarily been involved with Human Resource Management during my career, the following duties have been performed by me.

  1. Managing the staffing process, from recruiting to onboarding
  2. Ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal regulations

  4. Resolving conflicts and providing counseling and coaching
  5. Carrying out necessary administrative duties
  6. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  9. Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  10. Maintaining pay plan and benefits program
  11. Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  12. Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics
  13. Designing and updating job descriptions
  14. Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  15. Screening incoming resumes and application forms
  16. Preparing and distributing assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
  17. Advertising job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews.
  18. Sending job offer emails and answering queries about compensation and benefits
  19. Collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs
  20. Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
  21. Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
  22. Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration.

The range of my experience includes Human Resources, Induction/Recruitment Cycles, Payroll, and Customer Service, as well as dealing with government officials and insurance companies.
