Since founding Enversa Companies in early 2005, I have been developing Enversa Companies’ service offerings and setting the tone for the Company's culture. Leading our clients in developing innovative and effective marketing strategies is my passion and life’s calling. Local businesses that struggle to be seen inspire me to seek new technologies and processes that will effectuate growth at a highly competitive rate.
My daily responsibilities include serving as the point of escalation for our sales, creative, media, network development, strategy, operations and innovation business groups, which encompasses total P&L; and budgeting for operations.
Before founding Enversa Companies and growing it from a one-man operation to a staff of over 60 people, I was Partner at J. Walter Thompson, which was the country's largest advertising agency at the time, and prior to that I was an early stage employee and eventual executive with Monster.com, consulting with FORTUNE 500 companies as well as local business executives. I have been sought for paid speaking engagements in front of foreign governments in North America, Central Europe and the United Kingdom.
