Marie Mercier

I was born to Pertuis, in July 1990, and I grew in Avignon. My mother is native of Russia and my father of the Aveyron, in France. I have a brother who have 27 years old. Life's accidents tightened the links between us. When I was 4 years old, my parents separated and since, they have start a new life. Since 11 years, I live with the daughters of the new father's girlfriend and became real sisters for me. We grew up and made the 400 knocks together.

My parents met during training at educators school. The social always had an important place in my life. I am altruist and turned to the world. I was lucky to travel in Canada, in Thilande and Burma, in Casamence in Senegal, in Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia... My dream is now to discover South America.

I go horse riding during 12 years and theater during 6 years. Now, I practise « krav maga », a sport of self-defense. My spare time is divided between reading, cinema and parties with my friends to change the world as long as it's still allowed... It's important, for me, to get fresh ideas in the nature, to blow. I like hiking in our region at the weekend.

I obtained in 2008 a literary high school diploma option mathematics with distinction. Then I studied during one year geography at the university of Avignon before integrating the graduate school of architecture of Marseille.

I don't envisage my future profession without taking into consideration the populations and environment. These two factors seem to me essential for viable and sustainable architecture.
