Mark England

A proven leader with more than two decades of management experience, Mark England owns Torrance, California-based Win-Win Homes, LLC, which acquires and rehabilitates distressed homes. Under his leadership, Win-Win Homes leverages a network of cash lenders to help families turn their American Dream into a reality. Along with his team, Mark England of Torrance works one-on-one with customers to address a variety of real estate problems.

Earlier in his career, Mr. England spent 20 years in the automotive design and manufacturing industries. A former product development engineer for Toyota, he oversaw the development phase of vehicle components for Toyota, Scion, and Lexus. He was also responsible for coordinating all engineering development activities. Before this, he spent two years handling product quality reports as a senior quality assurance engineer and tech writer for the company and 13 years as the manufacturing engineering supervisor for Toyota Racing Development.

Mr. England began his career shortly after graduating from Dalhousie University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. During his early career, he served as a technical support engineer for Parametric Technology Corporation and was responsible for providing over-the-phone support to manufacturing and design engineers.
