HR Business Partner / People Advisor with some of smartest people in the tech industry (Facebook and Addepar). Facebook has one of the fastest moving, most progressive, and most integrated HR Business Partner teams in the industry, and though each week feels like a year every Sunday I cant wait for more. People Advisor to Addepar, a fast growing start-up in Mountain View, CA building the a platform for the future of finance.

At CBS Interactive (CBS) I worked with the SVP/GM's and executive team of the Games group (GameSpot, GiantBomb, ComicVine, GameFAQ's) as well as Media group (TV.com, Metacritic, Last.fm, Metrolyrics, and CHOW) to define and execute against our people strategy. I previously lead the Talent Acquisitions team building our talent and sourcing capability resulting in over 300 hires a year. I launched a Software Engineering Rotational Development Program, targeting the top 10% of computer science graduates while completing my Masters of Human Resources Management and receiving my SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification.

Prior, to CBS Interactive I helped build Intuit’s (INTU) University Relations team, instituting programming competitions, sponsoring professor research and tutoring programs. Our team focused on unique events and student organization relationships as well as building our employer brand through social media and interactive websites. I started my career at Intuit developing the strategy for Intuit’s Name Generation function, using emerging social networking tools to target and track high profile passive candidates.
