An accomplished Beaver, Utah-based entrepreneur, Mark J. Yardley has owned and operated High Country Fuels in Beaver for over three decades. This company consists of multiple retail businesses including High Country Chevron, Eagles Landing Lodge, Eagles Landing Racing, and Eagles Landing Houseboat. Mark J. Yardley also developed a travel plaza with 12 gas pumps and 5 semi-truck diesel bays in nearby Scipio. At all of his service station and travel plaza locations, he strives to offer first-rate products and facilities that range from healthy organic snacks to premium fuel options such as ethanol-free E91. All told, his business ventures employ over 75 people and generate annuals sales in excess of $75 million.

Outside of the professional arena, Mr. Yardley is an avid golfer who formerly coached the golf team at a local high school. Over his 15 years as coach, his teams won 10 regional and 5 state championships. High Country Fuels has also hosted and continues to host a number of annual charitable golf tournaments under his direction.
