Markus Wiesenhofer

I'm a marketing and communication expert based in Vienna, Austria where I currently work as Head of Marketing at the Austrian Gallery Belvedere Palace, as a lecturer for FH Wien and IMC Krems, and as a trendscout for Trendone. I have previously worked as an Assistant of the CEO of Schönbrunn Palace and Tourism Manager at the Liechtenstein Museum in Vienna. I have also held positions at the National Tourist Office of Austria (ANTO), where I acted as a marketing manager in the New York office, and headed the market strategy team of the International Market Management division in Vienna. I received a master's degree in Tourism Management at IMC FH in Krems, Austria and a postgraduate Master of Arts in Public Communications at the University of Vienna, Austria. I try to stay current in global developments in tourism, arts, branding as well as media and frequently lecture on marketing and trends in tourism.
