I am a Wife (D), & Mother of two four-leggers, (Ozzie & Maddie Jo). I am a retired/now Homemaker Woman who is changing my life one day at a time. I have recently given up all Wheat! After hearing about then reading Wheat Belly, by DR WIlliam Davis, I knew it was time. I am approaching one month as of Novemeber 1, 2013. I am hoping it will be more than just a fad. I so far have had the will power to make it. Has it been easy? NO! but has it made a difference? YES! I tink we all need to take note of what this country and it's current business policies are doing to "US the PEOPLE". That includes the politicians in Washington and elsewhere who are more concerned with their own wallets than those the are supposedly there to serve for! Things need to change and change now in our lifetime! Ok really I am not used to getting up on a soapbox. It has just come to that point in my life. It is time.
