A former senior executive at Alteon Health, Martin Price performed a range of financial, technical, and general administrative functions, including acting as the organization’s chief operating officer and general counsel. His accomplishments at Alteon include overseeing the consolidation of 10 different health care provider networks into a single comprehensive system with a concerted focus on increased market saturation and variable cost structure. Martin Price headed operations for a total of 3 years, leaving the organization in 2019 to concentrate on his role as president of the Annalex Group, a business advisement firm that focuses on helping private companies navigate complex and multi-faceted challenges.
Mr. Price holds a juris doctor degree with honors and dual bachelors of arts in economics and philosophy (cum laude ) from George Washington University, as well as a master’s degree in economics from Duke University. Outside of the business environment, he enjoys world travel, reading, golfing, and swimming. He is also a Little League baseball coach.
