I have extensive experience in all forms of residential real estate, from resales of single family homes and condominiums, to land acquisition, planning, and building your dream home, to buying "distressed" properties including HUD and VA Homes, foreclosures, bank-owned properties (REO's), short-sales, probates and investment properties. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers alike - from the first-time home-buyer to the seasoned investor, as well as working with landlords and tenants.
My goal in every transaction is I want everyone to be satisfied. I begin the achievement of this goal by determining my clients expectations at the very onset of our first meeting or discussion. Then I promise to fulfill my client's goals and follow through on that promise. I have a different philosophy about practicing real estate and in representing Buyers and Sellers.
