Mary’s career began when John Clements Consultants, Inc. pulled her on board to join their Training arm. Since then, Mary has become an experienced Leader with a demonstrated history of building high-performing teams from the ground up for the Banking, Financial Services, and Software verticals.
At the start of her career, Mary specialized in Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing moving on to create Talent Attraction and Talent Operations practices for organizations such as Genpact, UnionBank, Atlassian, and RingCentral. Because she enjoys wearing multiple hats, her contributions were not limited to HR but also to driving Corporate Social Responsibility programs for organizations such as UnionBank of the Philippines (as their GoBeyond Communities project team lead), and at Atlassian (where she served as a Global BrainsTrust Member and Philippine Foundation Council Mentor).
Today, Mary is applying her varied experience in Business Operations as the current Head of Philippine Operations for Gappify, a foreign software development start-up.
Outside of work she is a Toastmaster (2018/19 Table Topics Champion of District 75), a book club organizer, and enjoys reading books, riding trains, and eating bacon.
