Massoud Ayoubi is the Director of Afghanistan Social Workers Organization and former Director of Child Protection Secretariat, the United Nation certified master trainer, an experienced social worker, entrepreneur, and executive with a passion for social justice and equity.

He is one of the full members of international federation of social workers in Afghanistan, with over 8 years of experience in leadership, human and child right activities, executive management, project directions, and entrepreneurship development.

Massoud has a proven track record of success in driving positive change in societies.

He holds a bachelor's degree in social work from Kabul University and has completed various certifications in leadership, adapting democracy HR management, project direction, social mobilization, integrations, gender equality entrepreneurship and social development from reputable institutions.
