An accomplished organizational development consultant in Highland Park, IL, Matthew Eriksen draws upon more than 15 years of experience in his position as the president, CEO, and lead consultant at 4XF, Inc. In his leadership role with the Northbrook, IL, firm, Matthew Eriksen leverages his expertise in analytics, strategic planning, project management, and learning development to helps clients improve organizational efficiencies, expand markets, and grow revenue.
Prior to joining 4XF in 2015, Matthew Eriksen spent more than a decade as a teacher and administrator with Highland Middle School and North Shore School District 112 in Highland Park. After spending several years as an English teacher in Libertyville, he accepted a position as associate principal of Edgewood Middle School, a role in which he worked with the school’s principal to supervise students and staff while spearheading projects, such as the development of a policy handbook. From 2009 to 2017, he led both Edgewood and Indian Trail schools as principal, during which time he guided a $10 million operational-efficiency project centered on student and staff safety.
Dr. Eriksen holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Illinois State University, a master’s degree in educational leadership from Northeastern Illinois University, and a doctorate in educational and organizational leadership from National-Louis University. He has also received certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
