Matthew Gaeta has more than 10 years of experience in financial services. He specializes in investments, insurance, client relations, and sales strategy. Matthew Gaeta has worked for several corporate finance and investment banking firms, earning a successful sales track record along the way.
Gaeta began his professional career at Merrill Lynch & Co, Inc., where he served as a financial consultant after being selected by the company to undertake their two-year program in professional development. In looking after his clients’ investment needs, he monitored progress, developed relationships, and designed and implemented investment portfolios.
Between 2000 and 2001, Matthew Gaeta served as an order room analyst for Datek Online, an online trading firm in Jersey City, New Jersey. He was responsible for a 15-employee team, and placed a strong focus on team building, personnel cross training, and mentoring. Gaeta increased profit margins, negotiated trade costs, and helped complete many sales trades.
Gaeta worked briefly as Vice President of Institutional Sales and Trading at Fusion Analytics Holdings, LLC, before beginning a role at Unique Insurance Concepts, LLC. Between 2011 and 2012, he served as the firm’s Senior Sales Executive, and was responsible for increasing revenue by 75% and significantly expanding the company’s client base. Gaeta worked with individuals and small businesses, managing sales plans, insurance options, risk assessments, and client relationships.
Continuing to educate himself, Matthew Gaeta has completed both his Series 7 and Series 66 examinations. He also possesses a license in life, health, and accident insurance as well as a property and casualty insurance license. He attended Clemson University in South Carolina and graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BA in Business Administration in 1998.
