In my current role as a National Account Project Manager with Powerlink Technologies, Inc., I oversee large-scale security, CCTV, customer experience (CX), fire alarm, and burglar alarm projects for major national retail clients. My responsibilities include coordinating technicians and subcontractors, managing project schedules, ensuring compliance with client standards, conducting site walkthroughs, resolving technical deficiencies, and overseeing project completion and sign-off processes.
I have extensive experience working with enterprise-level CCTV and security platforms, including Verint systems, IP camera integrations, alarm troubleshooting, and retail loss-prevention technologies. I take pride in my ability to identify and resolve complex field issues efficiently while maintaining strong communication with project managers, field teams, and client representatives.
