During this journey the importance of people within a company became increasingly clear to me. The success of a business is not attributable to a product or service in the first place but rather to the commitment of its employees (employee engagement).
Expensive and often unsuccessful change management initiatives can become unnecessary by responding (more) to the opinions and ideas of the employees and/or customers (crowd sourcing). In other words: where change management is often only applied when approaching the last milestone of the project, I’m convinced that projects must be initiated through change/innovation management on company level (strategic - tactical - operational). And a viable business case of course ;)
My goal is to create value for companies through my creativity, business insights, IT knowledge and solutions that are fit for purpose. So let us think about & do new things!
