I have one of the best jobs in Tasmania, being the 7th Mayor of the Glenorchy City Council. It is a city of some 45,000 residents. I've lived here all my life, completed my pre-tertiary schooling here and now represent a fabulous and diverse community. It is the home of the international acclaimed MONA and also the exciting Glenorchy Art & Sculpture Park (GASP!) - where art meets park meets people.
